Refund Policy

1. Your right to withdraw (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (or the Netherlands), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to contact@trozelonrrvim.world or via the contact details on the Site). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) the supply of goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that are unsealed after delivery; (b) the supply of goods that are clearly personalised. For dietary supplements, if the packaging has been unsealed for reasons other than establishing nature, characteristics or functioning, we may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the diminished value. We will inform you of any such deduction before processing the refund.

4. Returns process

To return goods: (1) Contact us within the withdrawal period using the contact details on the Site. (2) Pack the product securely and send it to the address we provide. (3) Keep proof of postage. We will confirm receipt and process the refund in accordance with section 2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.

5. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty product or one that does not match your order, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs) in line with applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

6. Geographic scope

This refund policy applies to orders placed through trozelonrrvim.ddd. We operate from the Netherlands and serve customers in the EEA and other regions where our product is available. Consumer withdrawal and refund rights may vary by country; this policy reflects EU/EEA requirements. Customers in other jurisdictions may have different statutory rights.
